Hi 
I have been doing bioenergetics exercises since a weeks ago, now I can talk a little better, I can´t post links so the name of the videos are: (search both in youtube)
-Elliot Hulse, bioenergetic videos-
The exercises are something weird xD, but when the exercises are properly made its feel great, after i do the exercises I have less tension in my neck and troath and my voice sounds better.
